About

Troop 20, based in Wilton, CT, provides "service to others" through projects that contribute to the community. The program encourages boys to learn and practice leadership skills.  Every Boy Scout has the opportunity to participate in both shared and single leadership situations. Understanding the concepts of leadership helps a boy accept the leadership role of others and guides him toward the citizenship aim of scouting.

The Connecticut Yankee Council is the local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, providing programs and services to more than 9,700 young people and 3,300 volunteers in Fairfield, New Haven and parts of Hartford counties of Connecticut.
