Council is optimistic that camp will occur as scheduled. As such, we need to move forward with payments, forms, etc. (By the way, it is not too late to sign up for camp if you haven't already). .... You can send outstanding balances to me at [refer to email for address]. These are due no later than April 30th if you would like your scout to be eligible for a hat.
In addition, if you have your scout's medical forms (or your adult chaperone medical forms) you can send those to me as well.
Code of conduct forms and merit badge selection can be emailed to me.
